As your commissioner, I will:

• Seek input from the independent, hard-working, self-reliant residents of Pacific County to develop positive solutions for known and future challenges. 
• Present the county’s budget and revenue streams to the public in an easy to understand format.  
• Support the County road crews and a strong roads program.
• Protect the interests of resourceful Pacific County residents who work to create opportunities and support all who work. I look forward to working with and for Union members.
• Fight unfunded mandates forced on citizens and county government.  
• Support all hard working staff within the Department of Community Development and work with them to reduce the amount of time it takes to provide building permits. Ensure that building and zoning laws are understandable and easily accessible for the public.  
• Support the Sheriff Department's efforts to ensure public safety for all.

Pacific County’s bounty of beauty and natural resources needs to be available for residents to enjoy and use.  I will support those who work with and for these resources. 

It is regrettable that we live in an era and region in which I need to state:  I will defend our inalienable rights.  As your commissioner, I will ensure:

• That all residents are treated fairly and equally under the law
• That there is due process for all
• That Pacific County follows its own, State and Federal laws
• Transparency in County meetings and communications
• That public processes are genuinely public
